I downloaded 'Local Recon', not realizing it was for mobile devices only. Had I seen the word "app" or "mobile", I wouldn't have bothered to download it. So, I did, thinking it would work on my Vista desktop. After downloading, I got a pop-up indicating that it wouldn't run on my computer and that I should delete it (i.e., from the post-download pop-up, not an anti-virus program).
Summary
Since I couldn't install it, much less run it, this was pointless. They should have indicated such (i.e., the "Operating System", alone, isn't enough information, since one would infer that "XP" means it is usable on a desktop computer).
